Departing from Nuremberg

Scheduled flight

Your departure desk is on the ground floor directly after the general security check, in front of escalator A08. With your boarding pass you go straight through security and can use the Fast Lane. Our staff will meet you at the departure desk and take you to the aircraft. Boarding begins 30 minutes before the published departure time. Please follow the instructions on site and the rules for hand baggage.

Private charter

Charter flights depart from the General Aviation Terminal (GAT) next to the control tower. To get there, drive past the main terminal, turn left at the end and then immediately right. Car park P31 is then on your left. Opposite the tower, enter the building marked “General Aviation Terminal”. We will meet you there, and you go through the VIP security check with your boarding pass.

Please arrive at the General Aviation Terminal 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time so that we can depart on time.

Departing from Sylt

With your boarding pass, go to the entrance of the General Aviation Terminal (GAT) at Sylt Airport. Our staff will meet you there. Boarding begins 30 minutes before the published departure time. Please follow the instructions on site and the rules for hand baggage.

Private charter flights from other airports

For private charter flights, we will let you know before your flight where to meet the crew. If you have any questions about your departure, please contact our team.

Before you leave for the airport

• Bring the travel documents you need for your journey, e.g. ID card or passport.
• Check that your baggage fits our baggage allowance.
• Follow the instructions on site and the rules for hand baggage and dangerous items.
